Welcoming Students from Around the World
Bethel University has a Christian community of students from over 45 different countries, coming together to learn, grow and experience different cultures.
As a student, you will have the opportunity to attend our monthly meetings where we discuss important topics, share our experiences, and support each other. Our meetings are designed to:
- promote cultural understanding
- explain existing and new policies
- provide a safe space for all members to express themselves
In addition to our monthly meetings, we also organize a variety of activities once a month, such as cultural dinners, game nights, and cultural celebrations. These activities allow us to learn more about each other’s cultures and help us bond together to create your family away from home.
Our Canvas page serves as a hub for all our members to stay up to date with our latest news, events, and resources. That means when you decide you are ready to get your American driver’s license at 2:00 in the morning, you can look up the information you need on the Canvas page.
International Student Services is available to help support the student on campus with everything from academics, spiritual questions, getting a job to helping them navigate the requirements of the F-1 student visa.
Our current international students are involved in over 14 different athletic teams, including:
- 2022 NAIA National Champion Men’s Soccer Team
- 2022 NCCAA National Champion Women’s Golf Team
- 2022 NCCAA National Champion Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Team
- NCCAA National Champion Men’s Basketball Team
