Located in the Everest-Rohrer Fine Arts Center, the Great Hall and Rotunda are a great choice for mid-sized gatherings. Capacity in this space varies depending on the setup. Audio visual equipment such as speakers or microphones can be added to this space to enhance your meeting.

The Trustee Board Room can be set up in a variety of different arrangements such as U-shape, banquet style, or classroom style. Capacity varies depending on the room setup. The room comes equipped with a projector/monitor, Wi-Fi and computer login capabilities.

Academic Center Classrooms

Our classrooms serve as the perfect backdrop for seminars, breakout sessions, and meetings. We have classrooms that range in size from a capacity of 20 all the way to a 127-capacity theatre-style classroom.

On Campus Lodging

Bethel University’s housing options include traditional, budget-friendly residence hall or suite-style accommodations for our conference and retreat guests.

The Dr. Norman V. and Janice Bridges Hall, for example, is a spacious, yet cozy, residence hall with the feel of a boutique hotel. Bridges Hall contains generously sized, four- to six-person guest suites, each with multiple bedrooms, a common area, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Bridges Hall offers the perfect lodging for short stays or extended retreats.

Bridges Hall boasts three floors of spacious four-person apartments. There is a large lobby on first floor, as well as two comfortable lounges on the second and third floors that have large flat screen TVs. Each floor has a study room, washer and dryer and a kitchen. The lobby is a great place to relax by the fireplace!

Brenneman and Ramseyer

In Founder’s Village, Brenneman Hall and Ramseyer Hall provide apartment-style accommodations that are great for comfortable and spacious. 

Sailor Hall

Manges and Tuckey halls feature suite and “super-suite” style rooms. The Great Room features a shared full-sized kitchen.

Off-Campus Lodging

Bethel University Conference Services is proud to partner with Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites properties for off-campus housing. This partnership provides reduced rates for all conference guests. Please let us know if you would like us to make arrangements for your group.
