Financial Aid

Start with FAFSA

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each academic year to determine eligibility for federal grants and loans.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Admitted to a degree program
  • U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Enrolled at least half-time
  • In good standing on prior federal aid

Tip: Completing FAFSA is the fastest way to see what aid you qualify for.

How to Apply

  1. Complete your application through the VA website
  2. Receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
  3. Submit documents to Bethel’s certifying official

Transferring Benefits from Another School

  • Complete VA Form 22-1995 (Change of School or Program)
  • Submit updated Certificate of Eligibility and DD214

Associate Degrees = 60 credit hours

Bachelor’s Degrees = 120 credit hours

Each degree has semester fees ranging from $290.00 – $325.00.

Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (36 credit hours) $570.00 per credit hour
Master of Business Administration (36 credit hours) $570.00 per credit hour
Master of Science in Nursing (36 credit hours) $570.00 per credit hour

Ministry and Theology Programs

  • Master of Arts in Ministry (36 credit hours)
    Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministries (4 +1)
    Master of Arts in Theological Studies (60 credit hours)
$390.00 per credit hour

Tuition Refunds

Withdrawing from a course:

  • A course dropped during the first week (seven calendar days) of a seven-week semester will receive a 100 percent refund.
  • During the second and succeeding weeks, the refund is reduced by 25 percent each week.
  • After the fourth week, no refund is granted.
