Veteran Benefits
To be certified for VA payments, please complete the following:
Application and Certificate of Eligibility
- Complete the application on the VA website.
- Print two copies of your application (It is very important to print two copies of your
application before submission). - Then, submit your application to the VA.
- The VA will send a “Certificate of Eligibility” to you. This form tells chapter and months
available to be certified.

- Copy of Certificate of Eligibility
- Copy of DD214
Students who have had benefits at another college
Students must complete the 22-1995 form on VA website (Change of Place or Program). Print two copies.
