Organizational Leadership, M.A.

Bethel’s Organizational Leadership curriculum totals 36 credit hours: 27 hours of required coursework and 9 hours of electives, with additional options that emphasize qualitative leadership. You’ll build strengths in organizational behavior, strategy and change, communication, HR, ethics and the global business environment and grounded in Christian values and real-world application.
