Alumni and friends are invited to join Bethel University May 26 – June 11, 2025, to visit Greece and Turkey “in the pathway of the apostles!” The trip, sponsored by Tutku Tours, is an all-inclusive luxury motor coach trip.
Those who attend will explore the origins of the early church on this once-in-a-lifetime trip, alongside tour hosts David McCabe, Ph.D., professor of New Testament and Greek and Cristian Mihut, Ph.D., professor of philosophy. They will learn what it means to “live the good life” as they pilgrimage through the cities of the apostles’ missionary journeys. All three of Paul’s missionary journeys were centered in ancient Turkey and two of them ended in Greece. Moreover, the apostle John’s ministry was located in Ephesus where he wrote his gospel, three letters and the book of Revelation.
Travel to the ancient cities of Athens, Corinth, Thessalonica, Philippi, Antalya, Miletus, Priene, Hierapolis and more! Visit all seven cities of Revelation: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea. We will take a boat trip and sim in the Aegean. We will cap off the trip with a tour of the island of Patmos, where John wrote the apocalypse.
