Kaden Dickerson graduated from Bethel University in 2026 with degrees in philosophy and Christian ministry, with a focus in biblical studies. During his time at Bethel, he developed a passion for ministry and theological study, while investing deeply in the campus community through leadership and mentorship roles. He now attends Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Mass., where he is pursuing a master’s degree in divinity. Kaden hopes to become a pastor and use the gifts and skills he developed at Bethel to serve others through ministry.
Throughout college, Kaden served as a first-year experience (FYE) mentor, a member of the Spiritual Life team and a tutor. Through those opportunities, he was able to disciple younger students, encourage spiritual growth across campus and build meaningful relationships within the Bethel community.
“I love that the students are intentional about getting together and worshiping,” he says.
Kaden also credits his professors in religion and philosophy with shaping him both academically and spiritually during his college experience. He says they challenged him to think deeply, ask important questions and grow into a more thoughtful and devoted follower of Christ. Through those relationships and classroom experiences, Kaden says he discovered strengths and qualities within himself that he had never recognized before, which will continue to shape the way he serves others in the future.
