Caleigh (Dickinson) Dickerson ’26 earned her degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. Caleigh plans to pursue a career in social services with a focus on victim advocacy. During her time at Bethel, she became deeply involved across campus through leadership and student support roles that helped shape both her academic and personal growth. She served as a resident assistant (RA) in Tuckey (women’s residence hall), a tour guide for prospective students in the Admissions Office, a student worker in the library and a tutor for underclassmen psychology students. Through each of these experiences, Caleigh says she learned the importance of serving others with compassion and intentionality.
Caleigh credits Bethel’s Christ-centered community with helping her grow in her faith and in the way she cares for others.
“Having everyone have the common ground and understanding of the love of Jesus makes the classroom so much more beautiful,” she says.
One of Caleigh’s favorite parts of Bethel was the way the community encouraged students to step into leadership and become the best versions of themselves. Whether through academics, campus jobs, or relationships with faculty and peers, she says Bethel consistently pushed students to grow personally, spiritually and professionally.
Now living in Massachusetts with her husband, Kaden. She hopes to continue investing in people through meaningful, compassionate work and eventually plans to pursue a master’s degree in social work.
“Bethel challenged me to become the best version of myself, and now I get to go and live that out in a career in social services,” she says.
